Design of Intersection Improvements for Conestoga, East Conestoga, and Upper Gulph At the May 4th, 2009 Board of Supervisors meeting, a presentation was made regarding changes to the intersection of Conestoga, East Conestoga, and Upper Gulph Roads. After meetings with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a 3-way stop at the intersection was suggested. The Board of Supervisors has authorized the Public Works Department to proceed with the design and permitting of a 3-way stop intersection. Please click here to view the plans.
