This is a form to notify the Township of any damage incurred by winter storms. At this time, this form is for Township recording purposes only and to instruct you in claims procedure. Please follow the directions below.
If you need to report infrastructure damage, which includes downed trees and wires on roadways, please call 911.
If you need to report or check on a power outage, please call PECO at 1-800-841-4141.
If you need to report personal property damage, please call your homeowners insurance and report the damage to officials by dialing 211.
This reporting process is part of PEMA’s tracking system. This does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed for any damages. The state still has to assess total damages due to Winter Storm. Your reporting will assist the state in understanding the magnitude of the damage caused by the storm and you are encouraged to share your information with the state by dialing 211. If you have experienced flooding due to this storm, please dial 211 to receive more information on how to file a claim.
