Code Enforcement - Citizen Complaint Form

Please correct the field(s) marked in red below:

Tredyffrin Township staff responds to written complaint-generated violations of the Township's Codified Ordinances. If you are concerned about a situation you think may be a code violation, please complete the form below. Anonymous complaints are not accepted.

When a complaint is received, the following steps occur:

  1. The Code Enforcement Officer visits the property to verify the information and usually photographs the violation.
  2. If a violation is found, a letter is sent to the property owner stating the violation and specifying how long they have to remedy the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, the notice may be sent via certified mail.
  3. If action is not taken to remedy the violation within the specified time, a citation is issued.

If you have any questions, please call (610) 644-1400.
