Parks & Recreation
Tredyffrin Township has approximately 345 acres of parkland with 14 acting parks and 6 open space areas. Six parks are dedicated as permanent open space and serve as nature preserves protecting wildlife, stream corridors and other environmentally sensitive areas. Passive recreational activities such as nature exploration and walking are activities residents enjoy in these parks. Fourteen parks, varying in size from two acres to 90 acres, are dedicated for recreation activities in order to meet the varying needs of our Township residents. Activities include: ballfields, court games, totlots, and picnic areas.
Tredyffrin Township parks and recreation activities are coordinated and maintained by the Township's Public Works Department, and the Park and Recreation Board.
