SEWER OPERATOR I – for Tredyffrin Township Sewer/Utility Department. Job requires general knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods and procedures used in wastewater collection and treatment systems. High school diploma/GED required. 

Successful candidate will perform a variety of duties needed to operate, maintain and repair the facilities of the sewer collection system, maintain rights-of-way, pump stations, buildings and properties used for the collection system. PA One Calls.

PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES CLERK:  Highly responsible administrative support position to assist Public Works Director and Foremen with correspondence, reports, purchase order processing. File document management, handles citizens phone calls and complaints; uses two-way radio to relay messages and dispatch personnel. Prepares time sheets for payroll, tracks PW employees daily work details. Administers leaf permitting/load slips and fee collection for contractor drop off. Required to be available for Emergency work due to snow or other emergencies. 


Salary DOQ, excellent benefits. Requirements: high school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years related experience. Ability to engage with public in professional manner. Effective communicator. Strong working knowledge of MS Office software. EOE.
