Construction along Devon Road, Pheasant Run Drive, and Quail Ridge Drive is scheduled to begin December 8, 2025 with an estimated completion date of February 2026.

In the coming months, PECO's qualified tree service contractor will begin trimming trees within Tredyffrin Township to promote growth away from power lines and electrical equipment. This tree trimming will help PECO provide better electric service to area neighborhoods.

PECO will be surveying trees within areas of the Township to improve electric service reliability and reduce the number of vegetation-related power outages the area experiences.

The underground portion of this PECO utility improvement is underway and set to be completed by September 2025. The final phase of the project, ariel work, is scheduled to start immediately after and be completed by end of Qtr. 1 2026. This work is being scheduled to update the overall electric system to meet new energy needs and enhance overall reliability.

The tot lot playground & parking area in Wilson Farm Park will be shut down for approximately 8 weeks (weather dependent) for the removal and installation of new playground equipment and pavilion upgrades beginning July 17th.

Tredyffrin Township Arts Commission invites Tredyffrin painters to participate in an exhibit in September 2025. All work will be original, and will be displayed in the lobby of the Tredyffrin Township Building on DuPortail Road in Berwyn, PA.

As an advisory group, the Historical Commission provides heritage conservation education to residents and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on the appreciation and protection of significant historic places in the Township.

The public meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held once or twice a month on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised or posted on the Tredyffrin Township calendar on the website.
December 17, 2025
The Traffic Committee meets to discuss traffic and road conditions in the Township. It may also review some Subdivision and Land Development projects that have a strong impact on traffic patterns in the area and recommend types of improvements to reduce the impact on local traffic.
Appeals for relief from decisions of the Zoning Officer and/or requirements in the Zoning Ordinance are handled by the Zoning Hearing Board.

The Board of Supervisors has authorized the Planning Commission to prepare, update and oversee implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance and to review land development and subdivision applications.
