Board of Supervisors

The public meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held once or twice a month on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised or posted on the Tredyffrin Township calendar on the website.

Environmental Advisory Council

September 22, 2026

The Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) advises Tredyffrin Township on environmental issues, promotes education, and leads projects like watershed protection, stormwater management, and habitat preservation.

Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Arts Commission

September 24, 2026

The Arts Commission shall serve in an advisory capacity for the preservation and promotion of arts, culture, and creative identity within the Township and is intended to assess and evaluate the merits of applications for the creation of public art, while advising the Board of Supervisors on the same.

Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:45 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Libraries Board

September 24, 2026

The Library Board of Trustees determines policy for the Tredyffrin Public Library in Strafford and its branch in Paoli. The Board makes decisions concerning staffing and funding of the Libraries' operations.

Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7 PM at either the Tredyffrin Public Library or Paoli Library, unless otherwise noted.

Zoning Hearing Board

September 24, 2026

Appeals for relief from decisions of the Zoning Officer and/or requirements in the Zoning Ordinance are handled by the Zoning Hearing Board.

Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month at 7 PM, unless otherwise noted.
